Mouth taping is becoming a popular thing. It’s when you place a strip of tape over your lips before going to sleep to encourage nasal breathing. The idea is that nasal breathing can improve your overall health, reduce snoring, and improve sleep quality. However, there is little scientific evidence to support these claims, and doctors and dentists don’t recommend mouth taping. It is also not recommended to use regular tape, buy specific tape made for mouth taping.
