Guinness World Records just turned 70. The very first “Guinness Book of World Records” came out on August 27th, 1955. To celebrate, they released a list of 70 records that no one has attempted yet—meaning the bar is wide open.
They’ve even added a new section to their site called Record Selector. Answer five personality questions, and it suggests records you might have the best shot at.
Here are some of the best records currently up for grabs:
- Most high fives in 30 seconds
- Most kisses in 30 seconds by two people
- Fastest time to make a burrito
- Longest marathon playing air guitar
- Most anchovies eaten in one minute
- Fastest 10-meter sprint while holding a balloon between your knees

- Fastest time to arrange Scrabble tiles in alphabetical order
- Fastest time to make a pasta necklace (kids only)
- Fastest time to push an orange 100 meters with your nose

So if you’ve ever wanted to break a world record, Guinness just made it a little easier to find one that YOU SPECIFICALLY might be able to beat.
(How tailored are we talking? Because I could definitely crush “Most Cheez-Its eaten while watching Die Hard for the 37th time.”)
