It’s time to place your Super Bowl bets.Who are we kidding—you probably already have.

Sports have increasingly become a delivery system for legalized gambling, and the Super Bowl is the biggest example of all.

This year, Americans are expected to spend a record $1.76 BILLION on legal Super Bowl bets—according to the American Gaming Association. And that doesn’t include whatever’s being wagered off the books.

The AGA says, quote, “No single event brings fans together like the Super Bowl, and this record figure shows just how much Americans enjoy sports betting as part of the experience.”

They also stress the importance of choosing legal, regulated sportsbooks.

Of course, it’s not just about who wins or loses anymore. You can also bet on the strangest things imaginable—like whether halftime performer Bad Bunny will wear a dress.
