Oreo goes full pickle… and the reviews are sour

A Takeout reviewer rounded up a group of pickle lovers to try the new dill pickle Oreos—and things got interesting fast.

The cookies are coated in bright green, pickle-flavored fudge, hitting you right away with a punch of dill and vinegar. But surprisingly, the taste itself is milder than expected. The reviewer says it actually works—likening it to a mint-chocolate combo, just with a herby pickle twist—and even admitted he “really loved” it.

The rest of the room? Not so much.

Reactions ranged from:“That’s a no.”“Awful.”“Bad—it doesn’t go together.”

One brave soul called it “okay”… once the shock wore off.

And hey—it wouldn’t be the first time food got a little… experimental.

Remember Pepsi’s yogurt soda phase? Or that neon-green Heinz ketchup? Even Colgate once tried frozen dinners. Some ideas just sound better in the boardroom.
