Researchers think antioxidants in coffee may help offset the negative impact of spending hours sitting at a computer.

Scientists found workers who spend at least six hours a day at their desks are a third less likely to die prematurely if they drink two to three cups a day than colleagues who drink none.A lack of movement triggers widespread inflammation in our organs and tissues, causing damage that can be fatal.
