But a new study says not all DMVs are created equally, and surprise! Jacksonville just landed a top spot on the list of most pleasant DMV experiences in America.
A website crunched the pain levels—AKA customer experiences—of 140 DMV locations across 30 major U.S. cities. And guess what? Jacksonville showed up at #4 on the “Best DMV” list, right behind Indianapolis, Phoenix, and Seattle. (Take that, DMV horror stories.)
So yes, Jacksonville’s DMV is now officially “pleasant.” (We’re still not hugging anyone in line, but we’ll take it.)
