We’re two weeks from Christmas.  Have you bought any candy canes yet?  Better question:  Will they be eaten?

A poll by Brach’s found candy canes are definitely a tradition, 90% agree.  But we’re now more likely to use them as DECORATIONS than as food.

60% use candy canes as decorations.  58% sometimes eat them as a “treat.”

Overall, we’re pro-candy cane though:  80% feel nostalgia for them . . . 77% would describe them as “refreshing” . . . and 75% would even say “delicious.”

Just over half of people said peppermint is “their preferred holiday flavor.”
