I’m convinced a great song is a great song... you can change the arrangement, you can pull a “Bridgerton” and play a classical version of it and a great song will be great no matter what.
“Ironic” is a great song and Alanis Morissette sings the hell out of it so it’s no surprise that the cover of “Ironic” that Avril Lavigne dropped is great as well.
Avril recorded the new version for the soundtrack of the movie, Mile End Kicks, that comes out tomorrow.
