Two months before the tour was set to kick off, she pulled the plug on the whole thing.
She’s saying the reason is that she has too much going on.
In a message to fans, Trainor said the combination of releasing a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and caring for her family—especially after welcoming her third child—became overwhelming.
She apologized to fans for the sudden cancellation, saying it was a tough decision but the right one so she can be present at home.
Her new album “Toy With Me” is still on track for release, and she says she plans to return to touring in the future.
I don’t doubt she has a lot going on.... 3 kids at home under the age of 5.. that alone is a lot... but usually when entire tours are cancelled, it’s because ticket sales are bad. Remember when Jennifer Lopez cancelled her tour? No one was buying tickets.
I wouldn’t be surprised if low ticket sales are the real reason.
